XL = extra large balcony, dishwasher, bathrobes.
The rates are per apartment/night for 2 (4) persons. For each 3rd/4th or 5th/6th person to lodge in the apartment we charge 15,00 Euro/person/night.
Early Check-In, late Check-Out: With pleasure - if availability allows! The apartments are usually available from 3.00 p.m.
For stays of less than one week, we charge from 15 to 30 % according to season and/or availability.
The prices include fresh bread/milk service, all laundry, a weekly fresh-up cleaning for stays of at least two weeks, sauna (Mo-Fr) during the winter months, all taxes and charges.
For the final cleaning we charge 40 Euro (two rooms flat) or 50 Euro (three rooms flat).
Quiet, clean and well-educated pets are welcome; for them, we charge 40 Euro/week.
Should a booked stay be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, we can redeeme cancellation charges in accordance with EU standards. |
